1. Requirement Gathering From Client
Learning the tastes of the client, site details, tentative budgets through number of interactions with the client, finalizing basic parameters our thought process begins
2. Conceptual Presentation & Tentative Cost
Studying the architectural plans of the site and conceptualization of themes and schemes that can transform the site as per the needs, visualized and put on to paper and presented to the client with rough estimates of costs.
3. Design Presentation
Designed layouts, themes, material suggestions and 2D Graphical designs will be presented for approval.
4. Design Finalization
The finalized concept is translated into graphics for visualization by design team. The conceptual designs helps in right material selection and to create working drawings with exact measurements and parameters.
5. Material Selection
In close coordination with clients and vendors, material requirements are tabulated in terms of quantity, texture, colour, technical specifications, price and delivery lead times through our materials and vendors data.
6. Final Budgeting & Timelines
Sequencing the tasks and milestones that are essential in executing the design project. Our evaluation and review techniques will depict the time-line of the project. We align detailed cost sheets complimenting with client budget constrins and deadlines almost eliminates cost overruns.
7. Project Execution

8. Project Handover
